Performing activities in a manner that the HSE risks are reduced to a level which is As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP).
Holding all levels of the organization accountable for HSE Performance.
Empowering employees to ‘STOP’ any operation which is deemed unsafe.
Setting targets for continuous HSE performance improvements. Including HSE competencies and performance as criteria in the appraisal and rewarding of our employees.
Implement an HSE Management system designed to ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi and U.A.E Laws & Regulations, including Local and international standards, such as ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
Enhancing the competency of our employees by providing appropriate trainings, including knowledge sharing and motivation.
Encouraging group companies, contractors and vendors to comply and to share these commitments throughout our operations.
Conducting periodic Audits to verify compliance to this policy and to identify any opportunities for continuous improvement.
